If you are interested in Baltic post-colonialism literature (or post-colonialism in general) it's one of the few books -that I know of- that manages to give a broader selection on writings as there are very few in English translation.

The only anthology of fiction from Lithuania to appear in the West, these stories predate the disintegration of the Soviet Socialist Republics in the early 1990s.
